The hotel's decoration is absolutely charming! The lobby is adorned with beautiful artwork and cozy furniture, creating a welcoming atmosphere for senior guests like myself. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior people. The hallways were wide and well-lit, making it easy to navigate with a walker or cane. The elevators were spacious and operated smoothly, allowing me to get to my room without any hassle.

It would have been even better if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A little more patience and understanding from the staff would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

The rooms are very confortable and clean. The staff is polite and professional. It is located in a very relaxed area of town.

The rooms were too hot at times.

It was a wonderful stay, great staff. Do n't forget to dine at Office Lunch, it's within 5 minutes walk or so, we loved it.

Everything was great in this place - the room had central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a comfortable sitting area.

We liked the room and its facilities. It is a lovely hotel and we paid a very good price for it. It is easy to go to Schoenbrun from this hotel (we've walked, even if it was not very close, but if you are not in a hurry, it is OK to walk). In the area of the hotel there are some shops and a bus station. The area is very nice and quite.

It is not easy to go in city center by public transport. There is not an underground station. It's an expensive hotel if you don't benefit of a special offer.

Breakfast

I got a smoker room, and was not told before. Probably my clothes will still smell after one week, awful. Used towels and open shampoo bottle in the bathroom, maybe they have not cleaned it at all. I know this hotel for many years and it was always good, but this time I was very disappointed.

The hotel offers a fitness center and sauna for free, making it a great choice for those wanting to relax. The location is far from the city center, but this means it often has good prices. There is a shopping center with a cinema, gym, and restaurants nearby.

Felt safe, no reason to complain.

Spacious, clean room with a tea set and WiFi. Conveniently located near shopping malls. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, excellent service, and AC assistance. English-speaking staff provided helpful directions. Good breakfast options with daily additions.

The restaurant in the hotel serves fine food. Other side of the road is a shopping center, but we had a bad experiences in those restaurtants.

Cleanlines

It is not at all worthy. At the same price every hotel at that standard provide Wireless Broadband & Breakfast free of cost. This hotel provided nothing. Tv is very old model which is not expected at a price of 115 euro.
